• To design, craft and ship your order.
• To communicate with you on WhatsApp about your order status.
• With your explicit permission, we may share finished piece photos on our Instagram (@resinkriti). We will always ask before posting.

What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal information to third parties.
• We never share your photos or family details publicly without your consent.
• We do not store card or bank details — payments happen directly via UPI / bank transfer.

Data Retention

We keep your order-related information for as long as needed to service your order and for any replacement claims. You can request deletion of your data at any time on WhatsApp.
